Stephen, I see from your profile that you have been around for a little over a year now and that you do not post very often. But there is no way that I can tell how much you have been reading, and since you have not filled in any personal information, I have no idea how old you are or how much you know about trading. So please, do not be offended or feel that I am talking down to you for what I am about to say. There are many that will stay away from a stock just because these words have been mentioned. There are several other words such as "bankruptcy" and "reg-S" that have the same kind of effect. These are all extremely powerful words that should be used very carefully. IF, in fact, you are >>just a small investor who is new to LAAQ and not aware of the float size or much else.<< then I suggest that you use the search engine at the bottom of the page and try these words, one at a time, selecting the second option (used in the text) and see, for yourself, that what I am saying is true. Gary and others are not trying to jump down your throat or run you off. We are just trying to protect our investment and yours. Best of luck, George

Ok Stephen I have and most know me I am a deliberate researcher. Yesterday I finally got my new system up and running and was trying to find another sleeper for a long. I discovered LAAQ and talk to Fasano about this stock. Much to my surprise this is an extremely impressive company small float, product already on the store shelves, website avout finished for on-line shopping and deals coming to and on the table. I asked about SEC filings and was informed that being fully reporting was part of the business plan. I was not able to lock him down on a date. I discovered that 300000K tripled the stock price. Which equated to an average of $21,000.00 dollars. Now you have to figure the few sells and it took only about $10,000.00 to do what this did. There was some selling at ,08 - .10 which was a double out for some but because of the amount of stock it took to move this stock I believe the float is much smaller than 4M. As I have continued to check this one out I have found that out of the 2M the comapay holds about 2M. Now that leaves only 2M in the float which is verified by the small amount of volume it takes to move it. LAAQ bought What-a-product that is sold in stores out from Ron Poipel the man who invented it, who also happens to be on the board of directors at the Mirage in Las Vegas, and has helped Fasano make some very important business connections. LAAQ also markets there products on QVC with projected sales of 40 million this year. A very undervalued company from my point of view and do not forget about their as-seen-on-tv products that are also out in the stores. They are about complete with their on line shopping cart also. Plus he told me the world has been calling him. Investors from Korea, England, Australia, Japan. While I was on the phone a market marker was calling because the stock have already doubled on hardly any shares at all. Anyway another interesting point is the GREAT GURU momentum players have gotten in LTGL so this one has not been targeted yet. Like I always say beat the momentum players in. I am going to be accumulating this one as another long. Heck their products are already in the stores and everything. Undervalued is an understatement. Just my opinion.
