WEDB was the bidder at 12 7/8 for about 2 days all by themselves. They bought a load of stock. Fahn was the offering at 12 15/16. WEDB was a seller above 17 on that last run a month ago.WEDB has a retail sales force. They must reflect the orders from them. Also the trading department makes a market and takes positions to make a profit as well. Therefore they will always be on both sides of the market. Devcar had to be part of it because the filing shows the purchase of 150000 at 13.46 Sure looks higher to me on TA and FA
