Hi Larry:

The auction strategies are indeed rather baffling, but
the largest bidders seem to be getting serious now.
Concerning CVUS, the key for them is to get their Fleet
loan approved. This is the key to carrying CVUS to the
point where they will be in position to hook up with
whoever emerges as the dominant LMDS bidder for
the Northeast US.
