Thanks for the info. Since the warrants aren't in the money that blows my theory.

Now I'm thinking that big volume may have been a "cross" or series of crosses between HMR and some new buyer, of the stock that HMR was looking to dump. Does anyone know how many shares HMR is last reported to have owned?
