How does the DEC merger affect CPQ's first quarter? Am I missing something here? I thought the deal hasn't been approved yet and that it would close late in the second quarter. Stephen

Hi Zalesky. I think cpq has stated that the dec merger will be accretive right away so they should make their number. They certainly have not given any guidance to the contrary. I like your confidence in this issue. I have a ton and will hold .
