Please define "BIG TIME"

Given the unlocking of 19 million shares in November, the significance of less than 30 S144 filings is unclear. I think it would help both longs and shorts if somebody could quantitate the cumulative total number of shares sold by insiders to date.

The actual rise in share price since the unlocking of insider shares could be viewed as bullish. (Unless it is just due to a short squeeze which is on the verge of collapsing!)

That's what makes this particular stock so entertaining. I find the divergence of reasoned opinions about AMZN to be truly AMaZiNg.

Here is a quote from cnnfn yesterday which may be of interest. Personally, imho, I don't think I would want to sell short a company if it was going to increase revenues 37.5 times (300/8) in the next 4 years. Of course that is just an overall estimate. It could be more (or less). The quote.....

Still, Internet commerce is becoming a force that can't be ignored. Government figures estimate that online commerce totaled about $8 billion last year and expect that number to grow to more than $300 billion in the next four years.
