I think you're right. Very few companies know what their Belgian subsidiaries are up to anyhow due to the shortage of corporate execs who speak good Belgian.

Michael, I doubt Glaxo Will pull off a buyout of SKB. I think you are 100% correct about that. Although I feel that SKB is now in play so they may make a deal more favorable to their board with someone else anyway. Hopefully Glaxo loses since they won't get in a bidding war in my opinion. This is typical of British and European companies to try to buy cheap like British Telecom tried with MCI and lost out. Regardless, if SKB does get bought out there is always a risk funding could be impaired. If antx gets far enough along in trials they won't be as dependant for research money until they can make a production/distribution deal. Ted
