NETZ increased float from 4.5 mill to 22 mill - = 15 mill x .30 = $ 5,250,000 ,,, is this how they paid for SOFT ?

It would be in the right neighborhood. Stock was also used in aquiring Universal so there is a small amount coming from that deal. But I agree the majority of the volume is most likely generated by that aquisition.

It is not that bad really. NETZ paid 15 mil shares and got 'controlling interest' of 65% of them so to speak. So NETZ owns the value of 9.75 mil $.30 NETZ shares with the Softbank 'subsidiary'. That means they actually was bled with the worth of 5.25 mil $.30 shares. That amount actually went out of NETZ control.

The same analogy can also be used for Universal Commerce.

Or was Reg - S issued ,,,

Unlikely but possible. I think they would try to raise money cheaper with their own investors first. And I don't think we will see the reports for all possible moves NETZ did right away when the reporting starts. It may take months for NETZ to get all reportable things out. I'll be having them on my FreeEdgar alert list for sure. It will be interesting.

There are many ways you can skin a cat ,,,

Sure, let's hope they used one of the 'cheaper' ways to get the job done.
