Waterhouse is also good, except for BB stocks. I think they charge 1 cent per share above 5,000 share buys. Up to 5000 shares, they are a flat $12.

I've been with NDB for awhile now, and happy with how timely trades and info updates take place. Ran into first problem yesterday, when trying to add to HNLY position....missed the runup and had to settle for .60 when I couldn't get onto their site. Telephone backup was a little slower. Still, it has been the best around for trading pennies.
