That's taking a lot on faith. From $6 million in revs this year, quadrupling to $24 million in 1999? I've never heard of market makers sending anyone financials on a non-reporting company. I'm also leery of companies that discuss sales projections, and forget to discuss the more important topic of earnings (aka profit). This may be because they have no desire to project their projected float, which may bulge dues to stock sales made to finance expansion. In fact, the float can expand so much that large revenues fail to bring large earnings, and a larger stock price. I guess my bottom line is to keep following this one in the hope that we get enough info to determine a rough value (you'll note that the market is also having trouble deciding this--close today at roughly 40 cents).
