Also, does anyone know if Zulu is using all the revenues or 65% of the revenues. Does having 65% controlling interest allow the recognition of all the revenues from the unit?"

Revenues would be included in the quarterly report. As far as revenues go, Zulu recognizes them all. They would just have to share the net income.
