Novell just got sued by Lerach and Co. for a class period of a few months where the stock dropped from 11 into the 9s. They are accusing Novell of cooking the books during the transition to Eric Schmidt. I guess they found out Novell had 1 billion in cash. These suits always originate in northern California and claim to represent shareholders. I know some reform legislation was floated an election ago, something has to be done. I am actually going to contact my congressman with this list. Jack
