I think SB's big customers have loaded enough of shares of CPQ from $32 to $33 as a result of this down grade, now they are waiting for the up trend. You will soon hear an upgrade from SB. I call this manipulation of the stock market, unfortunately it is legal in this country,
even though the story the downgrade based on is a total lie !!!!
