Mr. Pink... "...the Chairman's ex is selling all the stock he can." Sorry, you have your facts wrong. By the terms of a marital settlement agreement, he is restricted to the number of shares he can sell in any one year, it's very limited, and it's my understanding he's "filled his quota" so he can't sell anymore at the moment even if he wanted to. Sorry.

Mr. Pink, Re CCSI - you said: "...it operates out of an apartment on the upper east side... " I have been to the CCSI offices. They are in a very large townhouse on the upper east side, just down the street from the Metropolitan Museum of Art. They occupy the entire building, which used to house the Nigerian Embassy. (At least you got the upper east side part right.) You appear to be deliberately misleading people in order to extricate yourself from a very poor investment decision. Jim
