Joe,

Get the preferred info from the TA on your next visit! S&P does specifically states that there are 50 mil shares of preferred authorized with 5 million outstanding in two classes A & B. It also states that there are 100 million common authorized with 30.2 million issued. This information is about 6 months old and I do believe that the float has increased to the reported 42 million.
