I think Dave's picked up the key point "Informix is the world's second largest software company..."

back at end '96, Informix was arguably 2nd largest database company.

It appears to me that this 'upgrade' is the 1996 montgomery upgrade- simply edited. I think it's appropriate, Gregg, that you let us know where you received the upgrade from...
