TG: In my other involvements I've heard of MMs trading the shorts among themselves and extending the time for the short. I've been told the same as you....it's virtually impossible to prove the short...but with the name and CUSIP change coming up, they will have to deal with their positions. The Transfer Agent mentioned "That a name and CUSIP change did not occur yet by was coming" I hope the MMs have been shorting all of this time. If they've build up a nice short position, and news comes out that kicks them upstairs, they will have to cover.
