Larry,

Thanks for your well articulated response. With your response and someone else's from CPQ thread, I think I could take my SEEK profit (I may have sold early on Friday) and put it in MRVC instead of CPQ. IMO, both are fundamentally solid co's that are presently out of favor with investors for reasons that have yet to be clarified by the respective managements. Maybe we will have answers soon.
