The other important key about the Xyplex transaction is that in addition to the cash, Xyplex has an option on 500K MRVC shares @ $35!

I stand corrected (I think). However, "The Street" seems to reward acquisitions with devaluation. Case in point is ASND. When they announced acquisition of CSCC, the stock dropped 10 pts and is still half the value (combined with CSCC) as they were pre-acquisition.
