<<<But look what is happening. Institutional money is
flowing into RMTR at a very good price with little or no risk. I neglected to mention
that there was no downside to that last little bit of financing.>>>

True Dan, there is "little or no risk" and a great deal for rmtr. However, the 17.4m pp is preferred stock and as such the institution has first call on assets after bondholders in the event of bancruptcy. The people at the Inn have last dibs which is bupkis. The institution has little risk with a big pay day in 2003 should little rmtr be successful. I'm sure the conversion terms must be sweet. I also remember the conversions in 1995. Sure it kept rmtr alive but the institutions made some cash. Most people at the Inn are pcking up years of waiting while the preferred picks up a 6%dividend. You see most Inners are not as skillful as you in getting in and out of short term trades.

So you think that mg is holding the stock back for institutions to buy in cheap. Maybe you could share some of those details with us. I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) that the only (potential) new institution is the company that just did the $17m. Does anybody know who this institution is? I for one would like to know mainly because I would like to believe that it is not our friend at the electrical fund. The prior placement was done by an existing holder. Guess who? There is a huge difference if institution(s) are buying or if an institution is buying.

In reality nothing has changed. Most Inners are still holding onto the dream of a big payday. This is no different than all the other times the stock plunged under 5. The law of averages is on your side though. One of these times the stock will go to 0 or 100.

Neil
