This was not because I had something to hide or for any other sinister reason. I simply didn't get around to typing one in. Of course the information I put in there could be all wrong. If you care to, e-mail postmaster@Hawaii.Edu and I will tell him to verify it. That gives you a counterexample. Could everyone just cut the belligerence and name-calling a bit? Please? It really is getting wearisome. A lot of the mud getting thrown around now has to do with things that are long in the past. Please do everyone else a favor and drop it. Thanks, Torben
