You are wrong!!! I am holding many stocks including NETZ. When I see another good stock, I invest more with both short term and long term goals. I do my own research and DD. I risk my own money and I play a fair game with the rules.

However, some MMs are doing something illegally by manipulating stock prices. Their Internet representatives never disclose their identities (even an e-mail address) and disseminate shameless lies.

You are right that "these companies release audited numbers and produce the earnings and growth they promise, the stock price will go to where it belongs in time". These stocks are so undervalued, because people don't know them well!

How can you compare trading to illegal shorting and call them both the same? That is ridiculous. Last time I checked Buff Fat was unable to convince the Congress to require stock be held for 5 years to avoid 100% capital gains tax. Last time I checked there was no law preventing people from buying and then selling shares they were long in, even if it was 5 minutes after they bought them. This short slime do not first borrow shares before selling. They simply sell vapor shares and worry later.

Sure longs may tend towards hype, but I've seen shorters post lies. See Matt's previous posting about his so called phone call with the company.

All of this is gambling? Thanks for enlightening us with new information. But since it's legal gambling, the participants are entitled to a level playing field.
