knight,

Your logic to disprove a conspiracy theory is good. I have no answer as to why and I have no answer for who. I simply believe that based on little more than intuition and information that I have heard over the last year. This is information derived from both long and short positions in the stock. I have heard from a fairly reliable person that there is an effort to drive IPM to zero. Why is no one buying at these levels? Why buy at these levels something you can have at 1/10th the cost if they can force IPM out of business?

Bottom line is, if I had evidence of a conspiracy then I would be speaking to the attorney general, the SEC or some other incompetent body. Thus it remains a theory and little more.

Why is everyone wetting their pants over this latest e-mail? We are already aware of the developments that were outlined in it. IPM needs to publish some news that we don't know about, like the current cash positions and the property payments. Is their enough cash on hand to carry the resource estimate through to completion, etc? Lots of questions, we need some answers, not a rehash of what we already know.
