What do you think of writing call options on dell, since it has moved up so much in the last few weeks??

Thanks in advance.

David,

Thanks for continuing to post highly informative, well-thought posts. You answered my question. I basically think DELL will react the way you do, however, I am not sure we will see 150 next week. I am afraid of a sell-off on Monday or Tuesday for profit-taking. However, on the other side of the coin, historically a stock will come up until the split day. As you state, I will try to hold the options until DELL hits 150, and I would love to see the Options premiums around $16! My buddy is happy with his March 120 Call options that he purchased @ 7 and are now bidding 20 5/8! He recommends holding on, until post split.

Thanks again,

Keep up the informative posts!

Mark
