Folks, I would venture a guess that the reason this stock has not moved up is that the market is waiting to see if they have the structure to repeat these earning in the future. I think it is a given that the earning for 97 will be in the .10 range, but that does not mean they will be able to repeat that no. in 98, especially with twice the shares out. I personally think they are positioning themselves to do just that, but the proof of the pudding has not been demonstrated. That , I believe, is what the smart money is waiting to see. IMO. Lucky
