>>RMCW alone has $50MM worth of orders<<

If you would just sit back and think about it a little bit, you would realize that this makes no sense whatsoever. No customer would wait this long for an order to be filled when so many other sources are available.

Also, think about it, that is (at wholesale) well over 100 million bottles of water......how long to you think it will take, a yet unfinished plant that isn't very big to begin with, to fill that "order?"

TC

Gosh with all those orders, you would think they could get enough credit to pay their attorney and accountant. <G>

FWIW --- From the AOL board, here is someone who called the company..and got the double-speak. The SEC got the postings mixed up with the filing????????????????

Subject: Straight from the company.....
Date: Tue, Feb 24, 1998 19:35 EST
From: Stkpckr
Message-id:

I called them today. Talked with some Chic who answered the phone. She was nice enough.
Polite even. Seemed to have a Riley-type mentality although i dont expect Riley is that
fluent with basic conversational skills. She must have used the term "naysayer" as much as
Riley posts it !
According to her, the IRS had the money tied up because it was sent with a whole lot more and they thought it might be dirty. Now they dont have it but neither does RMIL. According to her, its not a matter of if, but when they get it. (Seems like we've heard that for months now)
Regarding the halt, (this is a belly laugh) she says the SEC read the neys posts on SI and
got them confused with RMIL's SEC fillings. (She thought i was a shareholder and would believe anything I guess)
I asked how they were paying the bills and she mumbeled something about factories and so forth. I didnt even get into that. How can she lie like that ?
She says as Riley has that the SEC released the halt on Jan6th as a result of an 8-k. She
says they have till June to be up to date on the them before being delisted from the bb. (How can you be delisted if you dont trade ?)
She said they had a market maker that was going to trade the stock but it was soon posted on the internet and they got scared. (My oh my....what backbone)
This time she says they have 2 but wont tell me who. (Apparently they dont want publicity...
as if they can hide if they start trading it)
My conclusions..... she's good. A much better con that Breton, I could hear the sleaze in his voice when I talked to him months ago. She's either incredibly naive or just a good con.
I'm not sure which.
Using my 15+ years smallcap investing as a guideline, IF they get the money and IF they begin trading again...fair value would be somewhere less than a dime assuming (and this is REAL tough) they only have what they say they do in shares outstanding.)
I own probably 40 or so small cap stocks. I wouldnt give a nickle for this one.
You can do what you want. If my experience bothers you...thats ok. I've uncovered lots
bigger scams than this one with smarter fools than the likes of Pugs & riley.
For the record, I would AVOID the shares.
There you have it....the truth...from the company along with free interpretation from a pro who has exposed perhaps 4 dozen scams before. Funny thing thye each had in common...
each shareholder of each scam was convinced he was going to get rich quick.
Sorry, never have met one yet that has.
Perhaps you all will be thr first. But somehow, I dont think they'll ever bottle more water in the 'ole vet clinic than a single country boy can handle part time. And I'm willing to bet
large sums of $$ that this company is is never profitable.
......This has been a public service announcement by someone that knows more about
penny stocks than ALL the RMIL longs combined.

TC,
I reccomend you do some DD , RMCW alone has $50MM worth of orders for RMCWater, $30MM overseas....maybe a call to Puhr is in order....you are clueless, also, I hear of another 'development' which you will hate as much as the squeeze!
Pugs

You have been talking about that backorder for the last 4 months. If the backorder really existed, your customers would have died from thirst by now. Water is not a commodity that people can wait months and months for. Do you honestly believe that RMCW water is so special that your customers would go thirsty before ordering from a competitor?

Pugs: Talking about DD, why don't you go into one or two of the major supermarkets and count the number of brands of bottled water on their shelves? Then call one or two of the local distributors of bottled water and see how much volume $50 million is. Next check with the three leading brands and see how much water they now export to the Orient. Then come back and tell about how RMIL is going to cash in on this gigantic market and wipe out all of the established world wide brands now serving the far east.
