Ira, never mind regarding the purchase. Gottfried is right. Barron's says millions of dollars but I agree with him that it was only 30K shares. Shit. I looked at some of the other purchases and I don't see how it could be millions. Sorry about the false hope.

Funny you posted that, 'cause I've been thinking and waiting for the same thing. It's easy to get caught-up in this powerful market and plow money in any stock, however, I've been waiting for the above to take place before I place any new money on a stock. Remember, the year is relatively young and alot could happen from now 'till Dec., 31.

If not AMAT, then, I would love to establish a position in MSFT. I think it's a proven winner, don't you?? :-)
