All I am saying, is that the TA who answered your call could have very easily made a mistake confusing the common and the preferred. Looking at what S&P printed, I can understand how this happened. Remember, the guy or gal at the TA is probably not a CPA, Investment Banker, or Broker. Good possability it is a $7 hour temp. I am just saying that S&P is generally pretty careful. Not to mention that once this info was released to S&P, if it was innacurate, I am sure Netmaster would have reviewed it and made them correct it.
