Coz, Will call Ernie and find out what he is planning. I'm out raising capital and trying to run a company, so I don't think I could make it. You are free to look me up and call though.

Dr. Daisey,

I just got a private message from Dr. Scott. Because I am a decent person, I will not post his work phone number. Other than that, the message is exactly as he sent it to me.

Note that he says, "It was reported to me a few weeks ago that the decision was to bite the bullet and take a large set of charges at once given that the stock was already down to set the company up better for next year."

If he knew about earnings before they were posted, you better believe he is an insider. You were right all along. Also, look at post 688 and 691. If he knew about the bad earnings, well, you draw your own conclusions. It does offer more evidence that Scott is playing a game. Seeing that I lost a lot of money to that game, I am P#$#ed Note the veiled threat at the end of his message.

Here's his message.

My phone number is XXXXXXX. I'm not afraid to talk with you or your attorney. Frankly, I'm tired of responding to this garbage. I've got a company to run.

ERGB's sales and gross margins are still good. The Company made some mistakes this fall and had too much overhead and some extra development expenses. It was reported to me a few weeks ago that the decision was to bite the bullet and take a large set of charges at once given that the stock was already down to set the company up better for next year.

If instead of expecting a return in three months, wait a year or two and you might be surprised by ERGB.
Even if ERGb only makes $.80 per share next year, the Company is a steal growing at 30+% per year.

P.S. Don't waste your time on any lawsuit. I don't have enough to go after and didn't do anythingwrong. Further, if you insist on implying that I was paid to post you're likely to find yourself in the same boat as Coz if ERGB turns around next fiscal year.
