Pat, if you were even somewhat conscious during the last years worth of posts, you will see that I was then, and still remain on the side of all those STLC shareholders getting screwed. I didn't ridicule your views as much as question them. Where were you when all the news you say Preletz didn't give us was posted on this very thread? This thread had a number of dedicated souls in constant touch with Preletz and other top managers of STLC. They regularly posted their findings here. It's almost an affront to their efforts that you now say you weren't told! Your point about not knowing what the court will decide is a valid one. I have jumped the gun on that. However, if history teaches us anything, I wouldn't hold my breath that anything positive will happen for STLC shareholders like you and me.

The approved reog plan works solely on behalf of debtors in possession. All former STLC shareholders will be voided upon (I know, it hasn't happened yet) the courts approval of this reog plan. Yes, there is a question in the courts mind that some assets were not stated correctly. If this would have been a real problem for the court, I believe the whole plan would have been scrapped and STLC management would be asked to start over. I don't think this has happened yet. I hope it, or something like it, does happen. Still, we as shareholders will not get the chance to have a say. This came right from the courts own mouth. Without representation, how much do you think will be done on our behalf? We will simply watch as a modified or new reog plan is submitted for approval. Pat, in my view and my view only, this is a slow death but death none the less. Do I feel betrayed? Hell yes! I too remember when Preletz told us he was working on behalf of shareholder interests. Then his true colors began to show through. If I am waving a white flag, I do so fervently not viciously.

John
