FWIW: crying is good for one in numerous ways. the chemicals in tears from emotional crying differ from those in tears cried when cutting onions. Ever noticed how smoother one's skin looks after a good cry? the tears provide a great facial. there are many of us in the field of healing who believe through experience that tears actually improve one's health! Just thought I'd share some of what I know in exchange for what I have learned from you in the short time I have begun lurking on this thread.....thanks, mitzi

cry at my wedding???Before I walked out to the altar I was blubbering like a baby.Crying and hugging all my friends.I really really lost it.
I didn't think I would make it through the service.I'm a crybaby.
The biggest cry I ever had was a life altering experience.I cried two days before X-mas three years ago for no reason.I wailed and cried in my friend's arms for 30 minutes,no kidding.I mean yelling.I've never been the same since.Several times I felt like crying over EVI but nah...GD
