To All:

I spoke with Gary K. Friday. Softworks' earnings should be reported
by end of next week. I tried to see if CCEE had received the Nasdaq
delisting letter. They could not tell me.

I called Nasdaq and they said every company whose price was below
$1.00 per share received a notice Feb. 23, 1998. Companies have a
90 day grace period to get the price up, reverse split, or face delisting. No exceptions no matter how much market cap is envolved.
In order to avoid delisting, the stock price must trade at or
above $1.00 per share for at least 10 straight trading days.

Now, I think after next weeks Softworks report (which I think will
be great) you will see this stock price begin to move up. In addition,
I believe you will see news announcements and from Cannavino's upcomming address, CCEE is going to do everything in their power to
get this stock price above $1.00 per share. Ofcourse, there will be
those who sell at 1/2 and be glad to get out. I am going to wait.

Chuck.
