James - nothing in life is static. You should know by now that all you have to do with an OTC:BB stock is wait around for a few months, or days, and the situation will change. It can, and usually does (statistically speaking) change for the worse, but sometimes, in rare situations, a stock that plummets can come back.

I sense that INCE's future can brighten if they are successful in closing a deal for Nanopierce. No - - there are no guarantees, but the recent developments indicate that INCE is not down for the count...not yet.

On paper I'm down a substantial sum. I know others who are down a couple hundred thousand dollars on their investment in INCE. I think I've been pretty consistent in my appraisal of the situation (for what ever that might be worth); when there were issues to be critical of...I've been critical. When hope reappeared, I was, and have again become, hopeful.

The situation is dynamic. Like life, it's not always wise to paint the entire landscape with the same broad (negative)stroke just because a specific facet of a situation has gone wrong. We're all frustrated with the situation, but I think there is a ray or two of hope at the end of the long tunnel we've been traveling through. Try to think a little more positively, when the situation allows.

I'm not telling anyone, especially you James, how to feel or what to think, just as I wouldn't appreciate (or allow) anyone to do that to me. I'm just saying.... don't you think the recent shareholder news letter** presents "new" information that might suggest a significant change of course is about to take place? Read between the lines...I think we're going to see an improvement in our situation in the not too distant future. (and I don't think I'm out of touch with reality on this issue)

For what it's worth..........

Bill

** If you haven't read the recent Shareholder News Letter then very little of what I've tried to express in the last 48 hours is going to make any sense to the reader.
