thanks a lot..thank you also for being so polite as to not question my post..when I had read this url Message 3558753 (guess I was somewhat sleepy or probably going with the thought as to what international money would risk buying Chinese bonds with threat of devaluation andskipped "from the proceeds")..misread it to think they were going to issue bonds in US dollars..after reading your post..went back and reread article posted by Lorne and I guess they will issue them in their own currency... overtired Bobby--hope I got it right this time :>
