Michael, Good point on the mgmt. However, the fact remains that if this kicked in, you and I would have a much less valuable asset the next morning than the day before. As this is a speculation, I sell half on a double if I'm that fortunate anyway to recover capital, then hold the rest. With so many gremlins out there to prevent these type cos. from actually becoming producers, I just don't want to tolerate a potential catastrophic dilution to protect these guys from losing control,even though I agree 100% that Dattels is one of the fine jr. managers on the board today. Just my opinion as I look at this investment and I understand the rationale of your opinion,also. TM
