Is the Hutchinson announcement a signal that the sector is going to fall in the next week? It would seem that the dramatic drop in suspension sales by the majority supplier is a signal that production has fallen big time. Obviously, this is going to ripple through all component suppliers and maybe drive makers. Can there be a good reason why Hutch sells less suspensions? Is competition eating into their market share to such an extent as to explain this rapid short fall? It almost seems catastrophic. I believe another announcement will cause a rapid decline.
