Comments about LGND's recent price.

Looking at a two year chart, LGND has shown a somewhat consistent base at 12 since april of 96. it broke this base back in mid march of 97 and recovered in about may of 97. The funny thing is that LGND has never really maintained any consistency in the 14-15 range with a few exceptions (late sept/last oct 96 at around 14). Otherwise, lgnd has either shot thru the 14-15 range or has plummeted down thru this price point.
If lgnd can hold steady betwee 14.5 and 15, could this possibly signal another breakout soon?

And since I'm just going by what I see in the chart-I am not a chartist though I play on on lgnd thread on yahoo!- are there any chartists out there that can shed some light to my observations?

Thanks.

Fugazi, thanks for re-posting some of my more humorous comments, especially:

<< I need to know if your broker takes investments paid in rolls of pennies. >>

Notice that most of my comments aren't nasty. I'm usually in a good mood and like to use humor in my posts. Sometimes, but not often, I don't succeed.

As far as a chartist?

Have you had a chance to read Peter Portlas's or Herbert Otto's posts. If you get a chance, check out posts #16088 amd #16093 for starters. I like the sound of their posts. It's the first time since the BREAKOUT started two years ago that the charts and news look as good as they do. ( : > } )=====

The notes are a little old so I imagine that it was easy for you to miss them.
