Hold on. You mean this guy who's leading this lawsuit bought only 1500 shares. I clearly didn't read that far into the complaint notice. I only read through to number 12; the rest of the story is all too familiar yet. And he bought @ 10 5/8?

Let me get this straight. The company announced the lawsuit on the day he would have recovered all his money if he would have waited this out. Talk about absurd moves. I think I'll stick this one out after all. These lawyers can't be but so bright.

My primary concern is the picture it paints for the company's BOD. We, as investors, have little or no reason to trust these guys. Heck, after reading that complaint notice, I just feel lucky.

On the lighter side though, I think good changes are taking place. Particularly important, is the positive cashflow from operations. It should ring in at about $.11/share. To me, this is every bit as important as earnings per share.

Having been in this stock for a while now, it's kinda weird debating as to whether I should average up. I don't think I'll get another opportunity to buy under 7 1/8 anymore.
