To all:
Paul envisions INCE as a holding company for enabling technologies. To this end he has created Nanopierce and will recreate Sigma-7 through an IPO or another shell of which INCE will hold majority interest with spin-off of shares to INCE shareholders. I strongly suspect that he will not stop here but is interested in additional acquisitions. To do so will require a strong price for INCE, hence the need for a reverse split. It will be not only desirable but mandatory that far fewer shares are held in "friendly" hands.
It is conceivable that given time INCE will be of greater value than any of its entities as it could be diversified into three or four promising and, hopefully, highly profitable venues.

Management is the key and Paul has demonstrated an ability to identify and attract highly capable individuals.
In my opinion, we will be quite pleased that we stayed the course in INCE over the next two or three years!
