Thanks Joseph. It would be REALLY great if you could obtain and share with us a copy of the class action complaint. I doubt whether you or anyone will get any info out of Pino, especially with this lawsuit... but it can't hurt to try. [Perhaps what you CAN get is "soft" info... not clear answers to direct questions but "hints" via tone of voice or the way remarks are phrased. Its not as good as a clear upfront response, but it sure beats "no comment".] Rob
