Mr. Fink,

As the information becomes available, and as a courtesy to Cellularvision investors, I hope that you will take a moment to report the number of shares ACTUALLY sold by insiders following recent 144 filings, given the vigor with which you have reported the share registrations themselves.

Please note that in the 18 months prior to February, insider sales amounted to 1/3 the number of shares authorized for sale by 144 filings.

James, Night Writer, John, All, Just got back tonight from a two day stay with friends in New York and while there, we dropped in on CVUS. We were walking Park Avenue and just decided that since we were in the neighborhood, we would elevator up to the 21st floor of 505 :)

Met Shant, Charles and Bernard. Great folks who, in spite of the fact that we cruised in unannounced at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon, were very.... very hospitable. We chatted with Shant and Charlie for about 20 minutes until we had to press on for an early dinner.

Now for a few details... it is late and they will be bulletized.

Shant indicated that he read this thread. He was familiar with my "CAP" alias and several other of you regular posters.

Shant's take on the auctions: did not appear discouraged with the activity. Asked him what he thought about some of the companies that were getting discounts dispite the fact that they had big money backing. He opined that the discounts for some of those bidders might be disallowed. (no elaboration given) CVUS was going to help the winners set up their businesses.

The stock price: "At the bottom now..." "I'll tell you what I tell my family... put it away and forget about it, it will do very well." His whole family is in this stock and when they have family gatherings they all roll in on him wanting to know what's going on.

The new ops center in the Army Terminal is up and running. The move from 505 Park Ave will be complete in about two weeks. (Great because the friend I was with estimated their current office space probably goes for about $50/sq ft.) Consolidating in the terminal should be better for the business and be more cost effective.

Didn't ask about the Fleet loan. Know it is important but forgot to ask that one.

All in all it was a brief but great visit. Have to put this into a "gut check" feeling that all is well. I am a pretty fair judge of people and I gotta tell you, I liked what I saw. I feel good about the guys running the show and will stay with CVUS. Oh, by the way, my friends picked up an investor kit and they plan to buy. CAP
