Soup,

Having not seen your post for a while, I believe Think Positive is a
good attitude not only for Apple, but also for everybody to look
through what the real world is.

If anybody now is still wondering how Apple will be, then he/she must
be too pessimistic.

Need your continuing thoughtful input into this board. Thanks.

Phil

A little too optimistic

First, Rhapsody even ported to PC. It's not the killer OS which will decide market winners, it's the apps, development, market share and usage which will decide its fate.

Unfortunately Apple, doesn't realize this. They have literally cut off the arms of Newton and Clone users. I don't understand why they didn't spin off or sell Newton. At least Newton buyers can expect development but now they are stuck with a no-growth hand-held device. I'm sure this will leave a bad taste in their mouth when it comes time to buying a macintosh or pc.
