Again, you compare an establish business with one that is not. Okay, get your notebook out.....I will give you a little background....I worked in Sponsorship Sales for The Golden State Warriors 94-95. The year the franchise fell apart. Also, I was a highly sponsored amateur surfer so....I know a little bit abour the sponsor business and it's workings.

Now, with the one sponsorship that ACCY has..the deal may go like this. If said tournament for March 30 and 31 has local tv coverage we (name of company) will pay x amount of dollars on confirmation of television coverage. If said tournament receives national coverage on a cable network, we will pay x amount of dollars on confirmation. If said tournament is with a major network, we will pay x amount of dollars.

If tournament will be covered by print media only. Our name shall be associated with every mention of the tournament. Also, x amount of pictures used in publications shall have our company name in them.

Deal could be back end. Remember three tournaments, first may or may not have tv. So, more money might be for the latter tournaments which have a better chance of securing television coverage.

As a sponsor think (advertisment) without tv coverage or major print name association you would be foolish to commit a large sum of money when there are better and wider market share reaching opportunities elsewhere. Might explain the lack of Sponsors thus far.
