ENVP - GREAT NEWS!

ENVP filed a 10-KSB with the SEC on Friday Feb. 27, 1998.

freeedgar.com

It's 23 pages long and mentions the new company - TTI (Terminator
Technologies, Inc.) as the new controlling shareholder of the company by ways of a stock swap. There will be a 10 for 1 reverse split. Ordinarily this is bad, and I don't like reverse splits except in this situation it might not be so bad. There were 40,433,549 shares of common stock and 749,00 shares of preferred. After the reverse stock split there will be no preferred and 4,043,354 shares of common. TTI will own approx 2,362,282 of the common (58%).

It also states (p.7) that TTI has virtually no business operations. TTI plans to operate a holding company and acquire rights to inventions and develop and market them. They have no current sales (read "no business operations").

After reading the filing I was concerned so I did some digging. I found out that the new company has invested millions developing products that are not on the market yet. The SEC filing had to be worded that way because they are not on the market yet. From what I understand they (TTI) are going to try to be off the bulletin board and get on NASDAQ by the end of the year ($3).

The stock symbol will change and the news of the company should be on
Business Wire. TTI is in Dallas, I'm going to try to see them Monday or Tuesday. I will probably buy more Monday as well as possibly some other people.

Give it a little time - I think we will all be pleased.
