Well just like always OTHERCHAP gave us no info and left us an out for both, if Matty posts and is impressed or if Matty does not post at all. I feel more comfortable everday because of all the information shared here. All negative comments are vague and lack substance. I wish they would stop wasting their time and ours.

Tom Burgess is a man of integrity. I can pick em out of a crowd, sir. :o) He looked me in the eyes and David's the entire time. I saw no reason to doubt the man at all. People, David deserves as much credit as I do for this effort. :o) Matty Gregg

"Alot of people on this thread can talk, but you actually made an effort towards your beliefs. Hats off to you. I wasn't there, but from reading your comments, it seems like Tom either didn't tell you much or he isn't the right person to interview. He doesn't know when the financials will be ready, doesn't know the exact float,etc. Did you feel that from him? Did he look you in the eyes when he discussed these items? Did he seem open to the questions and answer them in a "business" tone or answer them in a "sales" tone? He was not the right person to ask. The right person to ask would not not have answered the questions anyway. What we got was a man unfamiliar with "public" life who wanted to be as helpful as possible without doing anything innapropriate. I am in a position where I know what is legal and what is not. Consequently I did not ask anything that would give me information that I shouldn't have. I can say that I liked this man and thought he was trying to be helpful. P.S. congratualate him on the birth of a new child!
