From Barron's an explanation on insider trade reporting
requirements:

An insider is any officer or director of a company, or owner of 10% or more of
a class of that company's securities. An insider must report any trade to the

SEC by the 10th of the month following the transaction. The Recent Filings
table highlights companies that filed with the SEC, the FDIC or the Office of
Thrift Supervision in the seven-day period ended February 25.<snip>


So any insider trades in February must be reported to the SEC
by March 10th. This could be 5+ weeks after the trade.
