Sorry, I had thought you stated 'when', not 'is'. I believe we were discussing if LGND is primed for a run ala DELL, if so, not for awhile (would DELL be at $140, up over $100 in a year if they were still testing their product?) There will be many opportunities to buy LGND before (if?) they're primed for a DELL-like run. Now, if you're talking about short term, LGND did well friday, but is having trouble breaking $15. If it does continue upward, hitting $18 again is possible, but it could also sit in this range for awhile ('dead money'). RE: DELL, well, I don't see much more upside with this one, and wouldn't but it now, but I wouldn't short it now either.
