Paying For Acquisitions...

At this time I don't see any benefit to exclusively use shares to Acquire companies unless RECY was able to make an exchange for pennies on the dollar... Currently, the only stock that is used are from Convertible Pfds...

RECY Mgmt has a selfish reason for not wanting to dilute the shares... They are also shareholders...
