Don't laugh. Last year, I think I remember a law suit directed to a couple of folks who were advocating shorting a company's stock on public BBS. I think SI was mentioned as a "type" of internet stock chat room, but I can't remember if those short selling comments were done on SI. It does make you double-think each post before you click the submit reponse button. Who will you offend? What's fact and what's opinion? It all makes for interesting reading, no doubt.
