Andrew, thanx for Your analysis. I was a bit wrong in my terminology. Didn't know that the term "reticles" is just a synonym for masks. I knew that DPMI, PLAB & MASK were mask makers but I was looking for a play on the optical-sensitive substances require for mask production, since the mask makers already advanced to old highs. From Your writing this seems to be WFR, which seems quite interesting. Anyway, thanks for Your reply.. best wishes CROSSY
